The hotel has a strange odor in the rooms upon arrival and feels cramped. However, the service was exceptional, going above and beyond to provide personalized touches. The location is convenient for accessing the freeway but lacks spaciousness.
Our stay at this hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were generally clean, but one of our bedrooms had an empty toilet paper roll initially, which was a bit inconvenient. The service was exceptional, especially with being reassigned to a much more satisfactory room promptly. The location was convenient for travelers along PA 581 or I-83, but unfortunately, we couldn't fully enjoy it. The dining experience left something to be desired, as some items were missing, and we had to go elsewhere for breakfast.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were dirty and uncomfortable, not meeting the suite standards I expected, plus the location was not the best. On the bright side, the service was exceptional and went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed.
